Description

Bids will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at Design, Construction and Space Management, Room 151, General Services Building 1701 Spruce Drive, M, Universtiry of Science and Technology, Roll, MO 65409 unitl 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, and immediately opened and publicly read aloud in Conference Room 151. Questions regarding the scope of work and commercial conditions should be directed to Bradley Clay at (573)341-4888 or bradleyclay@mst.edu. Information regarding the bid results will be available the day following the bid opening by calling (573-341-7618 or going to the DC & SN website (designconstruction.mst.edu/bidsrfpsrfqs/). The base bid construction estimate is $400,000.00. Alternate 1 Estimate is $50,000.00. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to August 2023. Completion is expected by November 1, 2023.
