Description | As of September 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. **SEPARATE PRICING/BIDS ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH LOCATION: Old Norwich Road Pump Station 1. Construction of: a. New gas service installed by and with Eversource. b. New dry-pit submersible pumps, washwater booster pump, bypass pumping connection, piping, valves and appurtenances; c. New electrical gear and lighting; d. New HVAC system; e. Miscellaneous painting and other architectural improvements; f. Piping, equipment systems, instrumentation, control and electrical systems, as indicated on the Drawings. g. Other appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. 2. Demolition of: a. Dry well and wet well contents including pumps, motors, piping, fittings, valves, gates, HVAC system, and associated electrical and instrumentation work; b. Piping and conduit, as indicated on the Drawings. 3. Maintain plant flow and treatment processes as detailed in Part 3 of this section and Specifications Section 01515. 4. Remove and/or relocate equipment as indicated on the Drawings. Cross Road Pump Station 1. Construction of: a. New dry-pit submersible pumps, washwater booster pump, bypass pumping connection, piping, valves and appurtenances; b. New electrical gear and lighting; c. New exterior generator; d. New HVAC system; e. New access driveway; f. Miscellaneous painting and other architectural improvements; g. Piping, equipment systems, instrumentation, control and electrical systems, as indicated on the Drawings. h. Other appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. 2. Demolition of: a. Underground 1,000-gallopn diesel storage tank; b. Dry well and wet well contents including pumps, motors, piping, fittings, valves, gates, HVAC system, and associated electrical and instrumentation work; c. Piping and conduit, as indicated on the Drawings. 3. Maintain plant flow and treatment processes as detailed in Part 3 of this section and Specifications Section 01515. 4. Remove and/or relocate equipment as indicated on the Drawings. This project is subject to Previaling wages. This project is Tax Exempt. This project has Set Aside requirements: 25% of the work with DAS certified Small and Minority owned businesses and 25% of that work with DAS certified Minority, Women and/or Disabled owned businesses.
