Sports Park Irrigation System

The selected Contractor shall design and install a new irrigation system at the Lauderhill Sports Park, 7500 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Lauderhill, FL 33319, to include initial system testing, and shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment to complete the installation. The work shall include, but is not limited to, providing irrigation to all common areas with sod and the east grass athletic field. Contractor shall ensure no water/piping will be connected nor run underneath the existing synthetic turf baseball and football fields. The system shall include the following: • An auto-controlled, programmable and fully-functional irrigation system with pop-up sprinkler heads that lower for activity, mowing, and landscaping purposes. • Approximately 18-24 operational zones with 2” electronic valves • Rain Bird ESP 24 zone smart controller model or approved equal • Rain Bird Wired sensor or approved equal • The sprinklers shall be of the fixed-spray type designed for in-ground installation. It shall operate within a 25-75 PSI (1.4-5.2 Bar) pressure range. • A minimum of eighteen (18) Rain Bird Falcon 6504 Rotor heads for Soccer Field and one hundred fifty-six (156) Rain Bird 5004 Rotor heads with check valve, flow shut off, with 3.0 nozzle for all other areas or approved equal • A minimum of five hundred ten (510) Toro 570Z 4” Spray heads with in-stem pressure regulator and check valves or approved equal
