Description | A Work consists in replacing existing air handlers with new high efficiency natural gas fired furnaces and high efficiency air cooled condensing units. B Removal of all existing air handlers, boiler and condensing units and other electrical/ mechanical equipment supporting existing equipment to be removed. Remove all hot water piping feeding existing Air Handlers. C Replacement of existing condensing units and air handlers with new high efficiency gas furnaces and matching condensing units minimum 14 SEER. See appendix for HVAC new Split System schedules. D Installation of new auto controls for operation of new furnaces split systems. Thermostats to be programmable 7 day type with back-up battery. Remove all existing Thermostats and replace with new. E Repair and perform all the necessary work required to return to original condition all the building walls, floors and doors removed with the purpose of introducing or removing equipment from building. F Provide new gas piping for new high efficiency furnaces. See riser diagram which is part of the Appendix. G Re-use refrigerant piping. Provide flushing and cleaning of existing refrigerant piping as approved by manufacturer of condensing units. H Provide condensate pump for each of the new furnaces equal to Little Giant Pump. See Appendix. I Provide condensate water neutralizer Rinnai Model 804000074 for each furnace. See Appendix. J Provide carbon monoxide detector for each HVAC zone. K Provide flue for each furnace for intake and exhaust of sizes approved by furnace manufacturer. L Reconnect existing Fresh Air Intake Ducts to all new Gas Fired Furnaces. M Provide air (CFM) balance reading for supply duct cross section for each new furnace installed. Provide report for owner review and records. | ||
