| Description | For the removal of stumps within the Borough of Hollidaysburg`s right-of-ways on an as-needed, on-call basis. The successful contractor will be called upon throughout the year to remove stumps as trees are cut down. All of the stumps are to be ground down to a minimum of at least six (6) inches below the surrounding ground level. The grinding may be left at the site for the property owner`s use (if acceptable to the property owner) or shall be removed by the stump removal contractor. |
