Signage Kingwood

Scope of Work: provide interior/exterior signage and installation services for LSC-Kingwood. The scope includes the signs specified, including but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, tools, installation equipment and machinery, and other services necessary for a complete and satisfactory installation. Existing interior/exterior building signage will need to be removed, patched and/or painted (as necessary), and replaced with the updated signage. A smaller percentage of the project will be to install signage where it does not currently exist and/or the removal of department specific signage being replaced with signage that meets the campus standards formatting and/or style of interior/exterior signage must meet specifications. All signage must be in compliance with ADA standards and includes braille. The selected bidder will be responsible for all aspects of procuring, ordering, shipping, receiving, inspecting, staging, and installing signage. Work also includes removal from the site all packaging and other waste materials related to the removal and installation process.
