Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to accomplish all work contained within the statement of work, specifications, and drawings. Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to completely prepare for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for 610-20-103 Renovate Bldg. 16 as required by all drawings and specifications. Period of is 486 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. An organized pre-bid is scheduled for: Date: 21 August 2023 Time: 13:00 Local Est : Marion, IN VA Medical Center, Engineering Office, Bldg. # 52 Rm. #110 of Construction: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 NAICS: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Small Business Size Standard: $45 Million This solicitation is 100% set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. See VAAR clause 852.219. NOTICE: The VA and/or a third party (support contractor) will require access to VA contractor records to assess contractor compliance with the limitations on subcontracting requirements included in VAAR 852.219-10. See Limitations on Subcontracting - Monitoring and Compliance (JUL 2018) located in the General Conditions. Bid Opening: Only e-Mailed Bids will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure all emailed bids are received by the Contacting Specialist at the following email address: christopher.lee33@va.gov. Bidder must furnish their response to VAAR 852.219-75 with their bid to be considered responsive. Bidder's VetCert listing must appear at the time of bid opening (VAAR 819.7003(b)) AND at the time of award.
