| Description | For the installation of a HAWK traffic signal between Plum Creek Drive and Park Manor Drive in Dyer, Indiana This project includes the following: 1. Purchase and installation of (2) HAWK Signal Beacons systems, one facing north and one facing south on Hart Street between Plum Creek Drive and Park Manor Drive. 2. Purchase and installation of additional traffic signs to comply with the MUTCD. 3. Installation of ADA accessible sidewalks on west and east side of Hart Street. 4. Installation of pedestrian crosswalk markings along Hart Street. 5. Restoration of parkway. HAWK Signal Beacon system shall include a 3-signal aluminum beacon assembly, pedestrian signal head (WALK/DON'T WALK) at each end of crosswalk and pedestrian activated push button. The signal system will be mounted on a standard mast arm and pole (non-decorative) |
