Description

Remove Existing Surface, and Place New Parking Surface as Indicated in Bid Documents and All Work All in Accordance With the Plans, Specifications, and Bid Documents. All Work to Be Completed by October 6, 2023 Each Proposal Shall Also Be Accompanied by a Plan and Bid Guaranty Given in Favor of Pickaway County, Circleville, Ohio. The Bid Guaranty Shall Be Either a Bid Bond Issued by a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of Ohio for the Full Amount of the Bid, or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit Pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, on Any Solvent Bank for an Amount Equal to Ten (10%) Percent of the Total Amount of the Bid Bond and Payable to the Order of the Pickaway County Commissioners, Circleville, Ohio. If the Bidder Fails or Refuses to Enter Into a Contract Within Ten (10) Days After Notice of Acceptance of His Proposal, the Bidder Shall Forfeit to Pickaway County His Bid Bond. The Bid Bonds of Unsuccessful Bidders Shall Be Canceled and Returned. The Minimum Wage to Be Paid Shall Be in Accordance With the "Schedule of Prevailing Hourly Wage Rate" Ascertained and Determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Compliance. Preference on This Contract Will Be Given to Ohio Products, Materials, Services, and Labor.
