Description

The Scope of work includes: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervisor, tools, equipment, supplies, materials and inspection necessary to reseal existing parking lot to include prepping lot for repairs of cracks, doing minor paving, parking lot re-stripping and removal of old parking bumpers and installation of new plastic yellow parking bumpers. Re-striping after sealant is applied. Inspection of the lot prior to work beginning is required. Parking lot is 130 feet x 54 feet with 17 parking spots and 1 handicap parking spot.
