Victor Henderson Building Backup Water Line

Water line installation to include: 1. Approximately 450’ of boring and potholing all utility lines crossed 2. Pipe shall be 2” blue stripe below grade 3. Excavating NE corner and enter building with 2” water copper piping 4. Install heat trace tape and insulation where pipe is exposed to exterior environment 5. Install 3/4" drain valve and 2” isolation valve inside the storage room 6. Tie into existing 3/4" hose bib over head 7. Install approximately 140’ of 2" copper pipe overhead to tie into existing 2” waterline over restrooms 8. Interior piping to be hung from upper structure 9. Waterline in hallway shall be painted gray 10. All potholing and excavating shall be backfilled and smooth level grade.
