| Description | Qualified contractor(s) for the repairs and/or replacement/upgrade of approximately 80 interior and exterior well lights from a source of supply that will give prompt and efficient service. The Contractor shall repair and/or replace/upgrade approximately 80 interior and exterior well lights located at City Hall. The project will consist of removing the current pour box rough-in housing without damaging the surrounding concrete or tile. Once the housing is removed, all dirt, coral rock and debris will be removed to allow for proper installation of wires through the bottom of the new BK Lighting housing. BK Lighting Housing will be provided by the City. |
