Carport – Demolish & remove the entire carport roof including where it wraps around the back of the house. Repair, & paint as needed where the roof had been attached to the walls of the house & garage. Roof - Remove all existing roof materials on the house & garage. Install taper board as needed to create positive drainage from the flat roof. Install a new dimensional shingle roof to meet all city, county & state requirements as well as the H&CD Program Standards. Roof is to be hurricane hardened. Peel & stick underlayment is to be utilized. Install straps or clips on house only, photos & paperwork to homeowner and city for insurance wind mitigation discount. Owner's choice of color Soffit & Fascia – Complete the aluminum & vinyl soffit & fascia on the house where the carport has been removed. Repair rafter tails as needed on the garage & install vinyl/aluminum soffit & fascia on the garage. Re-support shed roof in front of apartment & cover with aluminum/vinyl soffit & fascia. Paint – Scrape, clean and prep as needed. Prime & paint all exposed wood on house & garage. No brick-face to be painted. Paint color to be close to existing.
