| Description | Repair of East Idlewood box culvert over branch of Tinkers Creek. Full-depth repair of top slab, waterproofing, patching, headwalls, walk replacement and new fencing, including vegetation tree removal and restoration required to complete the project: All work shall be in accordance with the Ohio EPA requirements and City specifications. Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to prevent a backup of sewage in the main or in the existing connections during construction replacement and perform due diligence in determining approximate location of service connections not shown on the improvement plans. The discharge of untreated sewage onto the ground or into a storm sewer is prohibited per Ohio EPA. |
