Description

Sealed bid proposals will be accepted for the following project: Central Washington University : North Academic Complex The work consists of the demolition of existing Language and Literature Building (L & L Location/Site) and associated site features surrounding and to the north of the existing building. Construction of a new 4-story 104,262 SF Academic Building including lecture hall, classrooms, and administrative offices. Additionally, construct single story 3,874 SF Geothermal Utility (GeoEco) Plant. Work to include all civil, landscape, architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical and low voltage systems. ESTIMATED COST: $79.9 million Bidders shall submit bids on alternates and provide subcontractor and MWBE Participation information (Proposal Form Part 2).
