| Description | The Work to be completed under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to paint all previously painted exterior surfaces and any "new wood" (replacement installed by state park carpenters). Painting will include stone foundation excluding foundation under south porch. Vendor is to supply all labor, tools, brushes, ladders, scaffolding, lifts, caulk. Vendor is also to supply all transportation, including ferry and dray services. Vendor will replace any cracked glass panes; Mackinac Island State Park will provide glass.
