Overband Crack Fill and HMA Crack Treatment

Overband Crack Fill -Estimated +/- 40 Roadbed Miles as shown on map. -Additional projects throughout the county as agreed upon between contractor and the Road Commission. This work consists of treating cracks in the HMA surface using either a saw or rout and seal process or an overband process. Location: Overband Crack Fill, Roadbed Mile, will be utilized at the locations provided on the 2022 Crack Seal Program Map at the time of bid. HMA Crack Treatment, Pound, will be utilized at other locations within Midland County as directed by the Engineer. Overband Crack Fill, Pound, will be utilized at other locations within Midland County as directed by the Engineer. The price shall include furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, preparation, and traffic control necessary for the application of the HMA crack treatment and overband crack fill treatment. The scope of each section of roadway identified shall include all paved intersecting roads to the spring point of said intersecting road. The work consists of treating cracks in Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) surfaces using either a saw or rout and seal process or an overband process.
