Description | For improving the shelters located at its 4 Seasons Nature Preserve, 1875 CTH H in Lake Geneva. Proposals shall be exclusive of sales tax, the City will furnish a tax exempt certificate to the successful proposer. Proposals shall be plainly marked with City of Lake Geneva 4 Seasons Nature Preserve Shelter Improvements, project 2022-02, name of proposer and date due. No unsealed, faxed, emailed, electronic, late, unmarked or postage due proposals shall be accepted. The City is not responsible for late or misdirected mail or cartage therefor hand delivery is recommended. This project requires a 5% Bid Bond. Proposers shall not contact any City Official or Elected representative other than the contact person or persons named in this advertisement. Contact or discussion with any other City Official or elected representative shall be grounds for disqualification. Successful Proposer shall properly hold the City of Lake Geneva harmless from all damages occurring in any way by proposer's acts or negligence, or that of his employees, agents or workers. Completed Pre-Qualification Packet must be submitted before project is awarded. Proposer must provide indemnity and acceptable insurance in amounts approved by the City in the pre-qualification packet. Coats shall be a minimum 12 hrs apart. e. Remove and replace all shingles. f. Remove and replace all Style D drip edge. g. All fascia to be clad with brown aluminum fascia in kind to match drip edge. h. Remove and replace six (6) 4x8' sheets of 3/4 " OSB roofing. i. Remove and replace two (2) 4x8' sheets of 1/2 " treated plywood, wall. j. Remove and replace apx 100 linear feet of 2x10" wall cap. k. N/A l. Roof line wind bracing included. N/A m.
