Description

The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Site demolition and disposal Of existing curbing, sidewalks, pavement, etc. 2. Install new approximately 18,600 square yards of full-depth pavement structure in the "Lower Lot" extending to the loading dock at Founders Hall and the main campus entry drive at northwest corner of campus. 3. Install approx. 1,500 linear feet Of new concrete curbing along main campus entry drive, proposed landscape islands, and along concrete walkway 4. Provide new concrete sidewalk and ADA compliant accessible ramp system for accessible parking spaces located in the lower lot 5. Replace existing bus shelter 6. Installation new signage for faculty parking and accessible parking 7. Replace approx. 14 catch basin tops 8. Provide miscellaneous sidewalk and landscaping repairs
