Description

The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) requests responses to this Request for Proposals for the award of a service contract to develop a long-term monitoring plan for the adaptive management of environmental flows in Texas ("the Project"). The Project will include a literature review, evaluation of potential indicators, review of existing programs collecting relevant data, specification of a long-term monitoring plan, and communication of results. TWDB will consider qualifications from business entities that demonstrate the ability to complete the Project within the guidelines of this Solicitation and any applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Respondents must execute Content Item 1, Execution of Response to the Request for Proposals, and complete other items listed under 4.1.B, Contents, to be considered. Question Deadline 09/28/2022 Anticipated Release of Written Answers October 3, 2022 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
