FY23 Fort Hood Job Order Contract (JOC)

Job Order Contract (JOC) for for maintenance, repair, upgrade and minor construction of real property facilities at Fort Hood, Killeen, Texas. This contract w ill be an 8(a) competitive Set-Aside. Contractor shall begin performance w ithin 10 calendar days upon aw ard of each Task Order and complete each Task Order w ithin the number of calendar days negotiated w ith the Contracting Officer or Ordering Officer. If the system is not closed in a timely manner, an inquiry posted within seven calendar days of the receipt of proposals will still be regarded as untimely and will not be afforded a substantive response.
