Proposals for the replacement of (2) two HVAC split system units and disposal of existing equipment. New thermostats will need be installed with each system. If line sets cannot be properly flushed and cleaned, these will also need to be replaced. This RFP is for the replacement of the existing HVAC at the Senior Center Building located at 217 Scoggins Drive, Demorest, GA 30535.
