| Description | The Town of Smyrna will accept proposals to repaint aircraft at the Capt Jeff Kuss USMC Memorial for the Parks and Recreation Department. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for a period of 90 days. Verbal quotations or quotations received after the closing date will not be accepted. The Town of Smyrna reserves the right to reject any and all quotations, to waive technicalities or informalities and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
