Contract A - 2022 Street and Utility Improvements

As of February 2, 2023, construction has been completed, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Contract A- 2022 Street Reconstruction is located on Sunset Court from West Park Drive to Termini and consists of the following approximate quantities: 12-inch RCP Storm Sewer (150 lineal feet), reconstruction of asphalt roadway (4,600 square yards), new concrete curb & gutter (1,100 lineal feet), and 6" concrete driveways (4,500 square feet). Appurtenances to the above construction items and additional items are included, but are not listed above. The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Marshall within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of Marshall reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
