Demolition at 500 E. Higgins Rd

The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive sealed bids for demolition and site restoration at 500 E. Higgins Road, including but not limited to demolish and dispose of the structure; remove trees, shrubs, and stumps; cut and remove pavement; abandon sanitary sewer service, water service, and appurtenant structures; place and compact structural fill; rough grade; grade stormwater channel and place riprap; import and spread top soil; fine grade to precise elevations; planting bed and lawn landscape restoration; and other appurtenant work necessary to complete the project all in accordance with the enclosed Specifications and Contract Document CD-2324-06. Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions and Plans of this document. This project is located within the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois. All bidders must be prequalified prior to receiving bid documents. Village prequalification includes a completed and approved Village Work History Statement. All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above. Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Finance Department, Village of Elk Grove Village, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, 60007 and marked to indicate the following: DEMOLITION AT 500 E.
