Pine Trail Elementary School - Replace Gutters and Downspouts

The general scope of the work is to remove all existing gutters and downspouts and replace them with new pre-finished aluminum gutters and extruded aluminum downspouts, field painted at existing locations. This scope is intended to define work required to replace the existing gutter and downspout system throughout the campus at buildings 1 through 11. (Apply new finish to interior of gutters at building #12 to minimize future corrosion.) 1. Existing gutters, downspouts and leader boxes to be replaced at existing locations. Fabricate and install per details. 2. Rework flashing components at rake and gable conditions in building corner terminations. 3. Clean out existing stormwater connections to insure there is no blockage and piping is free of debris. Existing PVC adaptors to remain, clean and prep. 4. Scratched, chipped, rust stained or damaged finish on metal roof and soffit panels to be touched up as required with matching color upon completion. 5. Clean and restore site to pre-project conditions as directed by the Owner. 6. Replace splash blocks with new at existing and proposed locations.
