Package B: Scope includes but is not limited to providing and installing synthetic turf rug with infill for football and soccer including nailer board and small area of synthetic turf specific without infill for golf use, and other related Work indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. The project is located at Western Dubuque High School, 302 - 5th Avenue Southwest, Epworth, Iowa 52045. No Prebid Meeting Bids will be publicly opened and tabulated on said day and hour and will then be acted on by the Board of Education at their meeting on the 13th day of February 2023 at 6:00 p.m. for their consideration and action Scope includes but is not limited to providing and installing synthetic turf rug with infill for football and soccer including nailer board and small area of synthetic turf specific without infill for golf use, and other related Work indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. The project is located at Western Dubuque High School, 302 - 5th Avenue Southwest, Epworth, Iowa 5204 The work shall commence the 22nd day of May 2023, and after receipt by the contractor of a written notice to proceed and shall be substantially completed on or before the 4th day of August 2023, subject to any changes in the contract period as provided for in these specifications and granted by the Board of Education. The Work on shall be finally completed by, and ready for final payment, on or before the 18th day of August 2023, subject to any changes in the contract period as provided for in these specifications and granted by the Board of Education of the Western Dubuque Community School District.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
