A 13,260 s.f. PEMB Maintenance Shop and associated office space. The work consists of removing the existing maintenance building in its entirety and constructing a new maintenance building with along with new paving and utility work as shown on the drawings. The construction budget for the project is $2,500,000, but be advised that this number is subject to change. The project will need to be designed and ready for bid advertisement by December 2022. Construction is anticipated to occur March 2023 to November 2023.
