Wesley Center Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Parking Area Modifications

The project consists of constructing approximately 35,700 ft² (0.82 ac.) of concrete/asphalt parking area to accommodate a minimum of 100 parking spaces with an appropriate stormwater system consisting of vegetative swales and a wet retention stormwater treatment area (STA). The stormwater runoff will be collected by a vegetative swale on the west side that will flow approximately 900-ft south to the STA. The STA will be designed to collect stormwater runoff from the plant via a vegetative swale connecting approximately 400-ft from the southwest, and provisions will be made to also include treatment for potential future impervious areas. The anticipated work is as follows: 1. Furnish, install, connect and test all piping and underground facilities complete as shown on the drawings and specified herein. 2. Furnish, install, and test all earthwork, base material, concrete and asphalt as shown on the drawings and specified herein.
