Derby Public Safety Parking Lot Restoration

Contractors are invited to bid on the Derby Public Safety Parking Lot Restoration at the Department of Public Safety's Vermont State Police barracks driveway and parking lot at 35 Crawford Road, Derby, Vermont. This project consists of, but is not limited to: Replacing the existing sub-base and asphalt, remove and dispose of soils as outlined in the soil management plan, improve the drainage, install new fencing, install new vehicle gate posts, and install new electrical conduit for future electric vehicle charging stations per the construction documents. QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD: Any vendor requiring clarification of any section of this RFP or wishing to comment or take exception to any requirements of the RFP must submit specific questions in writing to BGS.OPCVendorDocs@vermont.gov no later than 4:30 PM on February 24, 2023. All questions should include "Derby Public Safety Parking Lot Restoration" in the subject line. Any comments, questions, or exceptions not raised in writing on or before the last day of the question period are waived. Every effort will be made to post this information as soon as possible after the question period ends, contingent on the number and complexity of the questions.
