Fire and Water Cleanup and Restoration Services

To emergency cleanup needs at the one hundred sixty-five (165) buildings in the Baltimore City Public Schools portfolio, to include fire and flood restoration, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, and other types of cleanup as required. The successful firm(s) must be able to respond to emergency service requests within sixty to ninety minutes of first contact and be available 365 days per year with the ability to provide adequate staffing and equipment needed to restore the affected areas for use within twenty-four hours of the initial contact (in most instances). Awarded firm(s) will provide the names and contact numbers of all assigned personnel to the Operations Contract Maintenance Department.
