2022 High School Partial Pavement Replacement

**As of August 8 2022, project was awarded to KRB Excavating Inc for $73,825.00. She said that project starts August 1, 2022 and completion is on December 1, 2022. There is no Pre-Bid Conference currently scheduled. CONTRACT TYPE Bids will be based on a single lump sum general construction contract. Bids shall include not less than the Prevailing hourly wage rate determined by the Illinois Department of Labor. Additional shipping/handling charges may apply and are non-refundable. Contact Snow Printing for exact shipping/handling charge. Contractors may obtain two (2) copies of contract documents. BID STIPULATIONS. The Performance Bond will become a part of the Contract. The failure of the successful bidder to enter into contract and supply the required bond and Certificates of Insurance within ten (10) days after the prescribed forms are presented for signature, or within such extended period as the Owner may grant, shall constitute a default. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and irregularities in any bid, or to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
