Parking Lot Ashalt Overlay - MH

1. Remove all car stops and any other obstacles on the parking lot floor premises. 2. Sweeping and Lceaning of the parking lot area approximatly 20,000 s/f of floor area. 3. Crack filling: Cover or fill at potholes and crack to prevent water or debris from penetrating the surface layer and causing damages if not filled. 4. Asphalt Overlay - 1 1/2" type D HMAC (hot mix asphalt concrete) to be applied to the parking floor area. 5. Apply MC 30 prime coat to increase the bond strength at the interface between the compacted base and the asphalt overlay. Also to prevent weathering. 6. Re-Striping of the parking areas. Repaint the lines and install the car stops in place and paint as well. Include apartment numbers and vacant units. Include handicap areas. Will be provided by MH.
