Description | The purpose of this rebid is to notify bidding subcontractors & suppliers of a change in location of the Bay City Lofts project from the original site located at 216 Military Avenue to the new site which is located at the corner of Rothe Street and University Avenue, otherwise known as 608 Rothe Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin. While the building is materially unchanged, the site plan / layout has been modified as required to fit the new site. After reviewing the plans, we are asking bidders to update their proposals to include the new site address and revised plan / bid dates. We are also requesting that contractors who previously bid site related scopes of work (survey, excavation, wet & dry utilities, site concrete, paving, landscaping, etc.) update their proposals based on the new site layout / conditions.
