Equipment/Opertaor Rental and Labor Services at at a Non-Prevailing Wage Rate

The project involves all labor and equipment necessary to complete the repairs associated with stormwater facilities, erosion and sediment control facilities, roads, general maintenance, transport of materials, and traffic control The work is generally described as: . Stormwater Management - Repairing and installing precast structures, underground piping, and rip rap installation; grading basin berms and drainage swales, and contouring of slopes and level surfaces. . Erosion and sedimentation control measures - Repairing and installing erosion control matting, silt fence, inlet protectors, rock filters, silt bags, and earth stabilization devices. . Asphalt I Paving - Milling, patching, overlaying, and paving (overlay, full depth repair and patch work) on various Township local roads. . General maintenance such as: Repairing and installing road signs, curbs, sidewalks, and pavement markings. Demolishing and removing various storm related debris (trees and vegetation). . Transport - Hauling and installing various aggregates such as 2a modified, 2b crushed, ballast, screenings and rip rap stone. . Traffic control: Maintaining safe vehicle travel through the work zones using flaggers, road signs and devices in all work areas per PennDOT standards and personnel equipped with retro reflectivity, neon vests and alike apparel while performing all work and tasks on Township roads and right-of-ways
