Description

Various Materials - Filters Q & A deadline: Dec 05, 2022 11:00:00 AM EST BID PERIOD TO BE FROM January 3, 2023 THROUGH June 30, 2023. 1. All filters must be new in original boxes or wrappers. Bid will be awarded to lowest bidder per each and a total cost for all. No partial bids will be considered. 2. Any filter that does not meet o.E.M. Specifications will not be accepted. 3. Exchange program for filters in stock that are no longer used should be in place. 4. Filters that are added during the contract period will be priced at the usual government discount. Contract Shall Be for a Period of Six Months From Date of Acceptance. However, Contract May Be Renewed for One (1) Additional Six-month Period Provided Both Parties Agree. The Ouachita Parish Police Jury Reserves the Right to Accept Low Bid or to Reject Any and All Bids Within Forty-five Days of the Date Bids Are Opened and Tabulated.
