| Description | Contract Period: July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 (base period) with two (2) one-year option periods. Maintenance visits shall consist of the following limited preventive maintenance actions: 1) Elevator examination of all equipment for optimum operation. 2) Cleaning and lubrication to the elevator controller, machine, motor, and interlocks 3) Lubricate guide rails 4) Minor adjustments 5) Conduct inspections in accordance with State guidelines, the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training requires one annual inspection for each elevator. 6) All appropriate testing 7) Applications for proper certifications (yearly) | ||
