Description

South Jordan City desires to hire an individual or company, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor,” to provide construction services to repair a man-made pond. South Jordan City owns and operates three man-made ponds located at approximately 11235 S Riverfront Parkway. The largest pond located on the northern part of the property feeds water to the other two ponds to the south through an overflow . The pond has a spillway in its design that sits at a higher elevation that serves as an emergency outlet. City staff has determined that the spillway may have been compromised by rodents and requires repairs. Identified repairs consist of grouting the area around the structure and the construction of a cutoff wall.
