Description

The Scope of the project consists of constructing a roundabout at the intersection of Honeysuckle Avenue and 4th Street. The project will include installation of concrete curbs, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, asphalt path, landscaping, and Avista street lighting. The project also includes the installation of multiple utilities including gravity sewer, pressure sewer for Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board, and water for North Kootenai Water and Sewer District.
