Culinary Arts Classroom Renovations at Wildwood High School

Contract No. 1 – General Construction Work (C009) Contract No. 2 – Plumbing Work (C030) Contract No. 3 – HVACR Work (C032) Contract No. 4 – Electrical Work (C047 Contract No. 5 – Combined Single Overall Contract comprising Contract 1 through 4 Renovations to the existing Home Economics classroom into a Culinary Art Classroom and Dishwash/Storage Room with accomodations to connect to the adjacent Faculty Dining/ Large Group Instruction classroom. HVAC make-up Ventilation unit to be located in an existing adjacent storage room. Work includes selective demolition, installation of new floor finishes, new ceilings and wall finishes, new food service and movable equipment to obtained by Owner under State / Cooperative Contract. New plumbing including sinks, hand sinks, dishwasher, floor drains, new gas piping/service, new electrical work to accommodate new equipment, modification to existing window openings to accommodate new food equipment back splash and hoods. Existing unit ventilators and concrete pads to be removed from Home Ec Room. The new hood design will include all requisite provisions (fire extinguishers, fire blankets, ceiling heights, light levels, etc.)

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
