Description

Replace existing freight elevator with a passenger elevator that carries freight. Minimal abatement work, repairs to existing shaft, create new entrances for the first through fourth floors, relocate elevator machine equipment, extensive mechanical systems relocations and various layout and millwork upgrades to the Dean of Students office suite. Provide temporary ramp for accessible entrance through the loading dock to allow for upgrades to the second floor entry area. Upgrades include a partial structural slab replacement, regrading of drainage, and sidewalk replacement.
