2022 Downtown Streetscaping Improvements

Streetscape improvements, including street and sidewalk excavation, base course construction, concrete sidewalk and street pavement construction, installation of sidewalk and roadway concrete brick pavers, installation of electrical conduits, wiring and fixtures and street asphalt pavement construction. The Contract consists of these major units: • Remove and replace 4-inch concrete sidewalk 3,900 square feet • Remove and replace 8-inch concrete pavement 2,000 square feet • Remove and replace 30-inch curb and gutter 300 lineal feet • Remove and replace sidewalk pavers 11,400 square feet • Remove 8-inch concrete pavement and install crosswalk street pavers 3,900 square feet • Install conduits, wiring, fixtures and controls 2,800 lineal feet
