RFP - Full-service Architectural and / or Engineering Design Services

The purpose and intent of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a Term Contract for such professional full-service architectural and / or engineering design services to be provided on an "as needed" basis pursuant to Project Orders issued during the contract term. While the Agency desires to contract with a Full Services A/E Firm, it should be recognized that in unique situations, the Agency may need highly specialized services during the contract term(s). The successful A/E firm will be expected to engage subcontractors to provide these services as needed to meet the needs of the Agency. Location of Work: Primarily the Norfolk, Virginia campus of Old Dominion University Period Of Contract: One Year with option of three (3) additional one (1) year terms.
