Monroe High School HVAC Upgrades

The scope of work includes all labor, material, and equipment required to replace the heating and air conditioning systems as specified in the bid document at Monroe High School (900 Lippitt Drive). If the Bid exceeds $100,000.00, Bidders will be required to furnish a 5% Surety Bid Bond with their Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and a Payment Bonds in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Amount and issued by a Corporate Surety authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia. the Base Bid payable to Dougherty County Board of Education. Certified checks or other forms of bid security are not acceptable The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities The undersigned agrees to commence actual physical work with an adequate force and equipment within ten (10) calendar days of a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed and shall achieve Final Completion of all Work by October 30, 2024. The estimated budget range is between $2,500,000 to $2,800,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
