Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services – Consultant Services to Piggyback

A. The City desires the following Solid Waste Consultant services. List is provided for informational purposes. The City will determine an actual list of services and deliverables if a contract and vendor is selected. a. Assist with the negotiation for extension to existing contract, if needed and warranted, at the sole discretion of the City; b. Review and amend (if needed) RFP document and associated timeline; c. Assist with responses to the submitted questions by proposers; d. Serve as the City’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) and assist with the review and evaluation of final RFP submittals; e. Assist with interviews and presentations, if required; f. Assist with consultation and debriefing of Council Members, as needed, during award and negotiation period; g. Assist with negotiations for new contract; h. Other ancillary services, as needed by the City. B. The City will review the submitted, piggyback contract from the other agency to determine if it encompasses the City’s scope of work.
