Description

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) invites sealed bids for Elevator Maintenance, Testing, Repair Services for a Three (3) Year Period at Ruth Barkley and Alice Taylor Developments, BHA Job # 2119- 02, prepared by Boston Housing Authority.\\\The general bid must be DCAMM certified in Elevators, and include a 5% bid deposit. The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. All bids are subject to MGL c. 149, Sections 44A-J. Wages are subject to minimum wage rates set by the US Department of Labor.
