| Description | Western Area Power Administration - UPS Maintenance Services: contractor shall provide factory support, be factory trained, and have factory authorized and certified technicians for Western’s critical UPS equipment. The contractor shall also be able to perform corrective maintenance to the UPS systems 24 hours, 7 days a week to include parts, labor, expenses, and to have a customer service center available to answer all calls, with immediate technician response to critical situations. |
