1.5 Scope: A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Demo existing boiler and boiler appurtenances. 2. Demo pump VFD's. 3. Demo existing domestic water heaters and water heater appurtenances. 4. Provide two high efficiency gas-fired boilers and appurtenances. 5. Provide two high efficiency gas-fired water heaters and appurtenances. 6. Provide DDC controls for boilers and water heaters. 7. Provide pump VFD's. 8. Provide miscellaneous improvements to the existing heating water system. 9. Electrical work to support mechanical scope.
