Garrett Wall Park Sidewalk Replacement and Decorative Lighting Installation

The approximate major work items include: 1. Construction of decorative lighting fixtures along the Garrett Wall Park perimeter and along the Warren County Courthouse frontage. 2. Reconstruction of the sidewalks along the rights-of-way comprising the perimeter of Garrett Wall Park, including Second Street, Hardwick Street, Mansfield Street and Third Street. 3. Construction of ADA compliant curb ramps. The Bids will be structured in a base bid, and four alternate bids which will present combinations of the various work items. The base bid will include the construction of the decorative lighting fixtures. The alternate bids will include the construction of the decorative lighting fixtures and varying amounts of sidewalk along the frontage of Garrett Wall Park.
