| Description | DESCRIPTION - STATEMENT OF NEED - TERM: 1.1. The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Traffic Signal Mounting Brackets for a 5-year period commencing on or about March 27, 2023. 1.2. For the supply of miscellaneous traffic signal mounting brackets on an asneeded basis for various sizes of pedestrian side mount arms, cameral/blank out sign clamp, aluminum gusseted tubes and bracket arms. 1.3. This solicitation is available through Arizona Relay Service 7-1-1. Please call TTY 800-367-8939 for assistance. 1.4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement will terminate upon the earliest occurrence: by reaching the end of the term including any extensions exercised, or termination pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
